SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is an ancient practice of using frequency and vibration to guide the body into a more relaxed, balanced state.
As sound waves move through the body, the frequencies can help release stored tension, quiet mental noise, and create space for clarity and awareness. Many people notice subtle shifts physically, emotionally, or energetically.
Sound healing is an effective modality to support over-all wellbeing. It can also improve symptoms of PTSD, stress, anxiety and insomnia.

TESTIMONIALS:
“Experiencing sound healing with Katie is truly a magical experience. It is so relaxing and enjoyable to spend time disconnecting from the world and spending an hour focusing on the beautiful sounds around you. I have found that I sleep better, feel lighter and refreshed following a sound immersion. I am grateful for Katie sharing her gift of healing through sound. It’s truly beautiful.” —Melissa I.
“I was skeptical of sound healing until I went to my first session, which changed not only my mental, but physical health as well. The healing process helped me with my mental battles that I buried very deep in my mind and they had a hold on me until I was able to work through them with sound immersions. I have also tried several modern approaches to physical healing as well, such as physical therapy, which did not provide the results that a sound immersion did. I have made sound healing a part of my overall health journey and I would highly recommend trying a sound immersion with Katie.” -Brian D.
Katie has also expanded her sound healing sessions to include horses. Her expertise and background in sound healing/massage therapy & energy healing extend easily to animals. Horses are especially receptive to sound healing. Katie uses Tibetan bowls and tuning forks to gently relax the horses and provide healing to their sore or aching muscles.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to restore balance in the body and mind. It is based on the concept that sound can be used to move energy throughout the body and create harmony. Sound healing uses various instruments, including drums, gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, to create a calming and therapeutic atmosphere that can help to reduce stress, improve sleep, and bring clarity.
The use of sound as a healing modality is becoming increasingly popular in the Western world. It is being used as an alternative therapy to help treat a variety of physical and mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and pain. Studies have also shown that sound healing can reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
When sound healing is done correctly, it can be a powerful tool for relaxation and healing. During a sound healing session, practitioners use a variety of instruments to create a meditative atmosphere. The sound of the instruments helps to relax the body and mind, allowing for a deeper connection with the inner self. The vibrations produced by the instruments can also encourage the body to release tension and stress, allowing for a more profound healing experience.
The practice of sound healing is a holistic approach to wellbeing and healing. It can help to create a sense of balance and harmony in the body and mind, allowing for a deeper connection to the self and the universe. If you are looking for a gentle yet powerful way to promote wellbeing and healing, sound healing may be a great option for you.
