A Re-brand that’s so on-brand
We entered Taurus season April 19th and my shadowy Taurus side did an impressive turnaround. I moved from Ferdinand to FUN! A surge of clear, confident and grounded energy took the wheel. There have been a lot of important planetary transitions this year. For instance, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio & Aquarius just completed a seven year cycle of massive change and transformation. This period of time forced old habits to break away and created a shift into more authenticity, creating a sense of liberation. Very on-brand.
I’ve always leaned into astrology and working with the moon cycles as a way of honoring my own rhythms. Tuning into the subtle energy of planetary changes and the intensity of full moons connects me to my own innate wisdom and guides me through processes of stripping away the old and ushering in the new. The time had finally come to let go, once again. I made one last decision that I had been putting off: TALA Yoga & Wellness had to be officially closed. Business sold. Sign down. Google listing deleted. I regularly share with my clients a personal adage, ‘don’t cling to something just because you spent a lot of time making it.’ It’s necessary to leave a job, place or relationship that no longer serves your growth. This feels right on time. Intuitive. Very on-brand.
What emerges is a personal brand promoting more authenticity, living boldly and living joyously. Notice the Shift is a mindfulness phrase. As a yoga teacher, I cue to notice the shift… in the breath, in the attention and in the energy of the poses. As a sound healer I offer my participants time in meditation to notice the shift into a calmer state. As an intuitive mentor and tarot reader, I encourage my collaborators to notice the shift in their energy as they learn to open up to their intuition. To notice the shift in a tarot reading the moment their message really hits home and it all comes together. Very on brand.
A priority of mine during 2025 was to find joy. And I did. It showed up everywhere, every day. For instance, while in my pursuit of finding joy, I was meditating one evening. A purple number 8 appeared to me in my third eye and it had a soft, feminine energy surrounding it. I looked up the symbolic meaning of this. Number 8 is associated with the Archangel, Haniel. Archangel Haniel happens to be super motivational and the angel of INTUITION and FINDING JOY. Very on-brand.
All of this to say, in this next adventure together, I will continue to honor my purpose. I will do the best that I can. I will continue to lead with authenticity and integrity. I will continue to heal and empower those who need my light the most. Welcome to Notice the Shift.
